Gulf Inland Logistics Park on Hwy go in Dayton has been owned by CMC Railroad for a little over a decade. Due to its location, they have wanted to build an industrial park served by rail. The Dayton City Council has been working on the project in a public and private partnership with CMC to create the new industrial park.
