In recent years, one such area that has become a problem spot is some aging culverts that crossed under CR 602 right around CR 612 in the Eastgate area. Now thanks to the Liberty County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1, that area has undergone a significant transformation that should bring great improvements to not only the structure but the safety of those traveling the area for years to come.
