Rangel named Best Goalie in 19-4A

LIBERTY — In their first year under Head Coach Liam Farrington, the Liberty Panthers earned a playoff berth and showed big things are to come.
The 19- 4A All- District Awards recently came out, and the Panthers placed five standouts on the team.
'We had an outstanding commitment from these players in district,' said Farrington. 'This is a credit to the selfless effort our players have put in. Not only have they improved as players but also as young men.'
Jonathan Rangel of Liberty was named the Best Goalkeeper.
The Panthers also placed two players on the first team, with Daniel Bacerra and Daniel Del Rio receiving the nod.
Liberty also saw two players named to the second team. They are Chris Diaz and Anthony Garcia.
