Breaux named Offensive Newcomer of the Year

The Liberty Panthers found a secret weapon this year on offense in junior Zach Breaux as he was awarded District 9-4A DII Offensive Newcomer of the Year.
Named the District’s MVP was junior Dre’lon Miller of the Silsbee Tigers. The Offensive Player of the Year was Hamshire- Fannett’s D’onte Zeno.
The Defensive Player of the Year was also from Silsbee in Jayron Wiliams. The Coach of the Year was Randy Smith from Silsbee.
Freshman punter Diego Diaz- Ramirez was named to the first team and was also named second-team kicker. Named to the second-team offense was lineman Cord Carter. Also named to the second team was punt returner, Dawson Victorian.
Head Coach Chris Lackey leads Liberty.
