Lee Charles Fregia, 74, of Liberty, Texas passed away Jan. 5 at his residence in Liberty, TX. He was born Oct. 22, 1945 in Raywood.

Mr. Fregia had a love for many hobbies. He enjoyed bowling, shooting pool, and saltwater fishing. In L.C.’s early years, he was an avid skater and softball player. Mr. Fregia had a love for his grandchildren and regularly showed them off to all his friends with the pictures he carried with him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Nixon and Lucille Fregia; and brothers, Lonzo and Wilber Fregia.

Those left to cherish his memory are daughter Kendhall Morris and husband John of Harlingen; grandchildren Kaelin and Aden Morris; sisters Cordelia Mitchell, Mary Coplin and Teresa Hicks; and a host of loving family and friends.

A service of remembrance was held Saturday, Jan. 11, beginning at 12 p.m. at Faith & Family Funeral Home in Batson. A gathering of Mr. Fregia's family and friends was held from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11, prior to his service.
