Sexual assault suspect arrested

On Jan. 11, at approximately 9:44 p.m. Dayton Police Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Jessica Street in reference to a sexual assault. When officers arrived at the scene they located a male subject outside of the involved residence identified as Ethan Thomas Brown.

During the course of the call, officers were informed a sexual assault had been committed before their arrival at this location and Brown was the alleged suspect. After an investigation, Ethan Thomas Brown, 34, of Dayton was arrested and charged with the offense of sexual assault, a second degree felony. If found guilty, Brown could face 2-20 years imprisonment and up to a $10,000 fine.
