REVIEW: Campfire Coffee Candles by Scents of Soy

I have been an artist and author throughout my life, and I have learned that a peaceful atmosphere plays an essential role in the creative process for me. Most creatives have to find their “happy place” to turn out their best work, whether they are novelists who write their best stories while sitting on their front porch listening to the birds or a painter in a downtown studio who loves to hear the busy streets below.

My personal choice for a creative atmosphere is classical music playing with the smell of freshly brewed coffee filling in the air. There is only one problem with that; I can not drink hundreds of cups of coffee to keep that smell going throughout the day.

Over the years, I have searched for a candle that kept a fresh coffee smell alive in my workspace. Unfortunately, none of the candles I found smell anything like freshly brewed coffee. That all changed when I discovered, Scents of Soy Candle Company.

My son purchased one of their candles for me as a Christmas gift, and I placed it on my studio desk. I couldn’t believe the candle smelled like coffee without even being burned. Now here we are nearing the month of March, and the candle continues to fill my studio with the smell of coffee. I finally have my creative coffee smell, and I do not have to drink coffee all day. All I need now is a live orchestra to perform in my small studio, and I’ll be all set! Maybe I should just stick to Spotify for now.
