Women's History Month Highlight- Rachel Howell

Liberty Health Care Center is pleased to feature Rachel Howell, assistant director of nursing, as a distinguished Woman in Business.

Howell started her career as a nursing assistant in the CNA program at LHCC. After completing the program, she worked directly with the residents as a certified nursing assistant, providing comfort and assistance.

Howell then took the next step in her career, working tirelessly to complete the Licensed Vocational Nurse program at Lee College. After achieving her LVN license, Howell returned to LHCC, where she worked as a charge nurse before being promoted to assistant director of nursing, where she thrived.

In addition to her hours of hard work at the facility, Howell is busy raising three boys with her husband of many years.

Howell’s hard work, dedication and caring nature make her an essential part of the LHCC family. She deserves to be recognized as a celebrated Woman in Business.
