LIBERTY — 18 deserving seniors were awarded scholarships from the Liberty Lions Club this year, as the organization presented $32,000 to graduates. This year's scholarships were awarded at three levels, with Lexi Chaparro receiving $5,000. Recipients of $3,000 scholarships were Jocelyn Diaz, Ryan Hebert, Peyton Fregia, Lillie Knepper, and Leslie Garcia. Students receiving $1,000 scholarships were Olivia White, Montserrat Becerra, Maria Becerra, Bailie Slack, Emerson Rawlnson, Kamdyn Chandler, Kiersten Riley, Kirsten Erskins, Laci Kirkland, Kaitlyn Ross, Matthew Girard and Joseph Girard.
