Traffic stop leads to arrest of South Carolina man

Starks was taken into custody and charged with Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon, which is a Class A Misdemeanor, and Possession of Marijuana - Less than two ounces, which is a Class B Misdemeanor. He was transported to Liberty County Jail, with a bond amount set for both charges.
