H-D opens season with three road games
DAISETTA - The Hull-Daisetta Bobcats will be road warriors to kick off the 2023 season, as the Bobcats open things up with three straight road games before playing the home opener against Hardin.
Things get started on Aug. 25 at Kountze. H-D knocked off the Lions last year 22-12.
The Bobcats visit Warren the following Friday after knocking off the Warriors in 2022 12-6.
H-D then travels into Houston on Sept. 8 for a battle with Kipp.
The first home game of the season will be a battle with the Hardin Hornets on Sept. 15.
Another rival visits Bobcat Stadium the following Friday as West Hardin makes the short drive. The Oilers won last year 29-18.
After a week off, the Sabine Pass Sharks visit on Oct. 6 to open district play. H-D then makes the long bus ride to Lovelady on Friday the 13th.
The Bobcats will return home to face off against Deweyville the following Friday before traveling to Colmesneil on Oct. 27.
The regular season finishes at home on Nov. 3 against Evadale.
