Toby Wilburn

To the residents of Precinct 1:

My name is Toby Wilburn, I am a lifelong resident of Liberty County and a fourteen year resident of Precinct 1.

When elected as county commissioner, I will personally be committed to work closely with developers to ensure that the highest standards of roads and drainage is met.

As a member of Commissioners Court I will devote full time to the interest and greater good of the entire county and save tax dollars in every way that I can.

Further, I will be responsive to the needs of senior citizens organizations, volunteer fire departments, first responders and all other worthwhile programs who rely in part on county funds.

Finally, I will further train and motivate our most valuable assets, county employees. I will also maintain an ongoing educational program in order to stay abreast of frequently changing laws and statutes.

I appreciate very much you considering me and giving me an opportunity to use my high energy level coupled with my experience and work ethic to make Liberty County Precinct 1 a place.
