DISCLAIMER: The following persons were arrested and booked into the Chambers County Jail. Individuals arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. NOTE that NOT all persons allegedly charged committed the crime. Perhaps the individual was arrested in Chambers County on outstanding warrant(s) or for violating the law while in Chambers County and or their cases are dismissed or disposed after further review by a judge.

SUNDAY, MARCH 16, 2025-SATURDAY, MARCH 22, 2025 

March 16, the following individuals were arrested for: 

LEROY LOUIE REYES, of Baytown, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 

JAMAHL CORTEZ FOSTER, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana less than 2oz. 

ANTONIO SALAZAR, of Beaumont, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief. 

March 17, the following individuals were arrested for: 

JEREMY DELSHUN JONES, of Humble, was arrested for delivery offer and or delivery of a dangerous drug and possession of marijuana less than 2oz. 

PATRICK RAYFORD, of Humble, was arrested for delivery offer and or delivery of a dangerous drug and possession of marijuana less than 2oz. 

ERICK FLORES MENDIETA, of Beaumont, was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcoholic container. 

KENZIE PHILLIPS, of Oxford, MS, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2oz. 

MANNY J MARTINEZ, of Magnolia, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury of a family member. 

DANIEL BALTRUSH, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for BF-possession of a controlled substance PG1 greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams. 

JEFFERY CHAUVIN, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on warrants for BF-resisting arrest search and or transportation and BF-criminal trespass. 

DOMINIC NUNEX, of Crosby, was arrested on a warrant for MTR-fraud use and or possession of identifying information. 

COREY NEAL MATHES, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for MTR-possession of a controlled substance PG2 less than 1 gram. 

JAYSON CARL PRIEBE, of Winnie, was arrested on a warrant for IND-burglary of a habitation. 

OSCAR RAMIEREZ GARZA, of Anahuac, was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated. 

KELLY CANTU, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property greater than $100 and or less than $750. 

March 18, the following individuals were arrested for: 

RONDA GAY VECERA, of Cove, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property greater than $100 and or less than $750. 

JOSEPH LEE LEGER, of Winnie, was arrested for assaulting a peace officer and or judge. 

TYANA STEWART, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for BF-possession of marijuana less than 2oz. 

CARLOS RUBEN SANCHEZ, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for burglary of vehicles with two or more previous convictions. 

JACOB JOHNSON, of Carbondale, KS, was arrested for criminal possession of a firearm. 

JEREMY JAMES BATISTE, of Winnie, was arrested on warrants for seven counts of burglary of a building. 

GERMAN MONTENEGRO, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for assault of a family, unlawful use of a criminal instrument and possession of marijuana less than 2oz. 

JOSE RAMIREZ, of Houston, was arrested for unlawful use of a criminal instrument. 

IRVING HERNANDEZ, of Houston, was arrested for unlawful use of a criminal instrument. 

March 19, the following individuals were arrested for: 

CHANDLER ZAVIEN SPURLOCK, of Dayton, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance PG2 greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams.

SHAMMAH GRAY, of Houston, was arrested on warrants for resisting arrested search and failure to identify to police officer a fugitive.

XYLON MAXTON COLE, of Baytown, was arrested on warrants for fraud use and or possession of identifying information and theft of property greater than $750 and or less than $2,500.

COLBY GREEN, of Conroe, was arrested on a warrant for driving with an invalid and or suspended license with previous conviction.

JOSE GUADALUPE GONZALEZ, of San Benito, was arrested for money laundering greater than $30K and or less than $150K.

HERBERTO BARCENAS, of Brownsville, was arrested for money laundering greater than $30K and or less than %150K.

GEORGE DAVIS, of Baytown, was arrested for sex offenders' duty to register.

March 20, the following individuals were arrested for:

MIRANDA MAXINE EUBANKS, of Baytown, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2oz and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

ROBERT BAKER, of Porter, was arrested for theft of property greater than $100 and or less than $750.

ALEXANDRA NOSHAN GRAYSON, of Baytown, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

TYSON DANIEL NICHOLS, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief greater than $100 and or less than $750.

BROOKE PAYGE BERRY, of Highlands, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

ALVIN NSIAH MESHAK BERNARD, of Baytown, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2oz and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

JENNIFER CHEVONNE RAMOS, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for MTR-forgery of a government instrument.

March 21, the following individuals were arrested for:

JUSTIN ROY SOWELL, of Hankamer, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

SELENA YVONNE ELLIS, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for retaliation.

JOSEPH RYAN TRIGG, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for IND-continuous family violence.

CHAD GONZALEZ, of Alexandria, LA, was arrested on a warrant for NTR-possession of a controlled substance PG1 greater than 4 grams and or less than 200 grams.

CAGE LLOYD LEATH, of Anahuac, was arrested for two counts of manslaughter.

March 22, the following individuals were arrested for:

RODNEY LEE ATKINS II, of Bronx, NY, was arrested for possession of marijuana greater than 2oz and or less than 4oz.

KENNETH JOHN SANDOR, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for indecent exposure.

CLAYTON JOHN-ANDERSON ABT, of Anahuac, was arrested on warrants for BF-assault causes bodily injury of a family member and assault causes bodily injury. 

DAVID LEE KAY, of Anahuac, was arrested on warrants for possession with intent to deliver and or manufacture PG1 and theft of mail 10 address.’
