Thelma “Faye” Cutsinger

Thelma “Faye” Cutsinger, age 79, passed away September 24, 2024, after a two- month battle with multiple health conditions. Faye led an incredible life working as a Harris County Police Officer for several years. Then obtained a degree and worked as a Paralegal with Mr. C. Bruce Stratton for over 23 years. She was a member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, Liberty Lions Club, Animal Conversation groups and several other organizations. Although, her real love was for the sea and animals.

Faye was ana vid scuba diver and loved her church and community. She was unfailingly supportive. She didn’t judge without reason and built you up to know that you are beautiful and capable of all things without restriction. While Faye did not have any children, she treated everyone like family. To know Faye, was to love her dearly.

Faye is surived by her extended family Lecia Colette Griffith Duke, Goddaughter Jessie Duke DVM, Michael Wayne Griffith, Shawn Dennis Griffith, John, Lynn, Callie and Dani Cutsinger, Kay and Tim Guyton and Robert Cutsinger. She leaves behind many friends and loved ones.

Faye’s service will be held Saturday Oct 5, 2024, at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 2041 Trinity St., Liberty, Tx 77575. Service will begin at 3 p. m. followed by a Celebration of Life in the Parrish Hall. Bring your stories and join the family in celebrating Faye’s earthly journey.
