LIBERTY — Health Center of Southeast Texas wishes to inform the Liberty Independent School District community that our School-Based Health Center Services will no longer be provided on-site at Liberty ISD. However, we are thrilled to continue our commitment to the community by offering essential healthcare services, including school vaccines, school physicals, and various wellness initiatives.
Our new location, situated at 1400 North Travis, ( less than 2 miles away from the school) has been carefully selected to ensure convenient access for all community members. We understand the importance of maintaining access to vital healthcare resources, particularly for school-aged children, and are dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of the Liberty ISD community.
Health Center of Southeast Texas remains steadfast in our mission to provide comprehensive healthcare services tailored to meet the unique needs of our community. In addition to school vaccines and physicals, we will continue to offer a range of wellness initiatives aimed at promoting the overall health and well-being of students, families and residents.
We are excited about this new chapter and look forward to serving the Liberty ISD community at our new location on 1400 North Travis. Our experienced team is committed to delivering the same level of exceptional care and support that our community has come to expect from us.
