Lady Broncos Give Back to the Community

Dayton ISD’s Lady Broncos Softball team loves giving back to our community. One way they do this is by helping to inspire young athletes to pick up the game of softball.

The Lady Broncos recently held a camp of about 30 campers ranging from 2nd-8th grade to attend the annual Meet the Broncos Camp.

“We really enjoy days like ‘meeting the Broncos.’ Servicing young athletes is a big part of who we are in our program. We want to create a culture of inclusiveness for all in our softball program. The goal through events like this is to teach fundamentals as well as instill a sense of pride in being a Bronco. If anyone has not joined up, please seek out that information and join. Our young athletes work hard and our booster club is an essential support system that we need in order to help our athletes be the best at their given sport.” stated Coach Moss.

Coach Moss would like to thank all that attended and hopes to make this an even bigger and better event in the future.
