Chapman announces candidacy for Tax Accessor Collector

CAMPAIGN ANNOUNCEMENT

I, Linda L. Chapman, am proud to announce my candidacy as a candidate for Liberty County Tax Assessor-Collector. I am a 44-year resident of Lib- erty County. I have resided 40 of those years in the Tarkington Community; I have 38 years of business management experience, including being the entrepreneur of Chapman’s Auto Inspections.

Simultaneously, I have 16 years collectively as an employee of Liberty County. My experience includes working in the Liberty County Tax Office. I am currently employed at the Liberty County Sheriff ’s Office, where I am the coordinator of the Civil Division. My knowledge is very diversifi ed in County Procedures and Governmental Laws.

The effects of my working experiences have excelled me to be accustomed to state laws that apply to guidelines, policy, procedure, and compliance. I have a commitment to be compassionate to other people’s lives. In addition, I have a stronghold mentality to accomplish the transaction diversities and leadership that is required for this office with diligence. I will serve you, the citizens and business entities of Liberty County with courtesy. I will serve all areas of Liberty County with superior service.

I have a personal preference not to do campaign fundraisers; I have signed a statement to limit my campaign expenditures. I prefer to ask you for your vote rather than your money to put my candidacy on signs throughout our county. If you would like to promote my candidacy awareness, your participation in verbal and social media support is appreciated.
