From Deadwood to Duck Call
I watched in amazement as Joe took the lifeless piece of twisted wood, drilled a hole in it from one end to the other, and placed it in his wood lathe. With just a chisel, Joe turned that piece of wood into a beautiful duck call any hunter would love to have. I asked, “Joe, how do you do that?”
Then came his simple reply, “Danny, I’ve duck hunted for years and I just know what I want.”
“And you He made alive who were dead. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works.” (Ephesians 2:1, 10)
