LETTER TO THE EDITOR

To All The Vindicator Staff…

On behalf of ALL Law Enforcement and First Responders across our nation and especially our own Liberty County personnel, I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire Vindicator staff for your support and encouragement in your recent edition of “ A Salute To Hometown Heroes.” I would especially like to commend whoever wrote the lead in article, “ Here’s To All Our Heroes,” as it reflects the true nature of these Heroes as just normal people doing a professional job for the public they serve. In my own personal view, I know of no other civilian career field where a person must put on a gun and bulletproof vest before going to work because there are some people who would not hesitate to take their life when in reality, the First Responders main function is to protect the lives and well-being of those very same people.

To have the Vindicators county-wide support on an on-going basis and especially with articles such as you put out last week means SO much to all of us. Please know that it is DEEPLY appreciated.

And on a more personal basis… “Wonder Woman” and “Batman” SINCERELY appreciated the “plug” that they also always support our First Responders in their mutual efforts and ongoing quest for Truth, Justice, and the American way of life.
