Liberty opens with Coldspring at Memorial Stadium
The Liberty Panthers and new Head Coach Chris Lackey will open the 2022 football season at home on Aug. 26 against the Coldspring Trojans.
Liberty then travels to Tomball the following Friday for a match-up with Concordia Lutheran. The Panthers then return home on Sept. 9 and the Woodville Eagles.
Back on the road the following Friday and a quick trip to Winnie and a battle with East Chambers. Liberty then opens up district play at Memorial Stadium on Sept. 23, with the Jasper Bulldogs coming to town.
The Panthers hit the road again the following Friday with a tough one against West Orange-Stark.
Homecoming festivities happen on Oct. 7 with Hardin-Jefferson at home.
The Panthers make a trip to the Piney Woods on Oct. 14 to take on the always tough Silsbee Tigers.
Liberty will then enjoy a bye week on Oct. 21 before returning to action at home on Oct. 28 against the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns.
Liberty will close the regular season on the road in Bridge City on Nov. 4 against the Cardinals.
