Lady Broncos all over 16-5A All-District Soccer Team

DAYTON - The Lady Broncos received several accolades on the 16-5A All-District Team.

Two Lady Broncos were selected to the first team. They are Alondra Sanchez and Jasmine Santilan-Torres. Maiyah Phoummarath, Mia Fuentes, and Karla Cardenas are named to the second team. Dayton also had three more players placed on the Honorable Mention Team. They are Destiny Alas, Emilia Carranco, and Alexis Fletcher.

The Lady Broncos were also well- represented on the Academic All- District Team. Named to the list are Karla Cardenas, Nayeli Frias, Mia Fuentes, Veronica Garcia, Yalyssa Alvarado, Layla Arce, Maiyah Phoummarath, Sarah Penaloza, Yvonne Maldonado, Yocelyn Mata, Emily Mika, Maricruz Orozco, Celeste Aguilar, Emilia Carranco, and Miranda Tyson.

Three more Dayton players were picked to the Academic All-State Team. Named are Emily Mika, Maricruz Orozco, and Maiyah Phoummarath.

Not to be done, the Lady Broncos had five players selected to the Academic All- State Tasco Team. Named are Emily Mika, Maricruz Orozco, Maiyah Phoummarath, Yvonne Maldonado, and Karla Cardenas.
