Chamber hosting luncheon in Liberty
LIBERTY - The Dayton Chamber of Commerce is breaking from the norm next week as they host their first-ever luncheon in Liberty.
The chamber is excited to grow throughout the area and is delighted to expand its reach into the Liberty area, where it hopes to assist more businesses.
Local businesses and community members are encouraged to come out to Liberty First United Methodist Church at 11:30 am, Tuesday, Oct. 4, for the October Luncheon.
Liberty ISD Superintendent Cody Abshier will deliver this month’s special program.
“ We’re excited to be having our first Liberty luncheon at the Liberty First United Methodist Church and being able to feature Liberty ISD,” said Director of Member Services Staci Wise.
Chamber leaders hope to strengthen their relationship with businesses in Liberty and build on their members. The chamber boasts several Liberty businesses currently, including President Lukas Gaskamp with Sullins & Johnston and board member Meadow Noyer.
“We are looking forward to hosting more events in Liberty,” said Wise.
Everyone is encouraged to bring door prizes that will be awarded and delivered to Liberty ISD teachers.
“Be sure you bring door prize gifts for the teachers. We want to spoil them,” Wise concluded.
The luncheon will be in the Liberty FUMC Fellowship Hall at 539 N. Main St.
