Pct 3 County Commissioner Under Indictment

The Vindicator has learned that Liberty County Commissioner Pct. 3 David Whitmire has been indicted on multiple charges. 

A special grand jury indicted Whitmire on sexual assault, solicitation of prostitution and official oppression on Wednesday, April 23. 

Liberty County District Attorney Jennifer Bergman offered a statement on the indictment.
