Prizes stacking up for ‘500’

Here are just some of the possible auction items for this year’s Liberty-Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce ‘500’ dinner coming up Aug. 9.

1. Hand tooled leather Cowboy Boot Bag with leather strap, individual compartment for each boot, zip around closure to keep boots secure. Fashioned with Texas State Seal and donated by Texas State Representative District 18 Ernest Bailes.
2. Certificate for five gallons of delicious homemade chicken & sausage gumbo, prepared and donated by Ricky Brown – Liberty County Tax Collector. Serves approximately 25 people. Two weeks advance notice required. Certificate expires 12-31-19.
3. Four all day adventure passes to the Downtown Aquarium/ Houston-Underwater Adventure. Includes unlimited access to the Aquarium Adventure Exhibit and Shark Voyage; plus unlimited rides on the Ferris Wheel, Frog Hopper, Aquatic Carousel and Lighthouse Dive. Expiration July 31, 2020. 5. Four Galveston Historic Pleasure Pier All Day All Rides Passes. Unlimited rides throughout the day, includes entrance to the Pier. 10. Comfortable swing with two pillows, and a carrying bag.  Plush striped bottom pillow. Green and cream color and decorative frog and heart for the back pillow.
