Terry Bacon has been practicing law for the past 11 years. Prior to getting her law license, Bacon worked for years as a Head Start teacher, where she learned that some children do not have a voice.

“I knew that I wanted to be that voice for not only those children but anyone who needed someone to fight for them, and that is where my journey in this field began,” Bacon said.

After earning her law license, Bacon joined her eldest son, Chad Etheridge, at his law office, and together they formed Etheridge and Bacon Law Firm, PLLC. Between the two of them, they handle multiple types of cases, and their mission and goal is to be the best attorneys for their clients.

Bacon assists and advocates for those needing her services in and around the Liberty County area. She makes sure her role is professional and is always prepared when she walks into the courtroom to ensure her clients get the best results for their case.

“A lot of the time, I meet people for the first time on their worst day. Family law is very emotional for the client due to the fact that his/her life has been turned upside down by whatever circumstances have occurred to bring them to the point of hiring an attorney, whether it is a divorce proceeding or two parents who have a child, or children, together,” Bacon said.
