Dubelsa “Duby” Salinas is the proud owner of The D. Salinas Realty Group, leading a team of 12 dedicated agents in Liberty County. After moving to Houston 20 years ago and settling in Dayton six years later, she has become a trusted name in the local real estate market.

Salinas’s real estate journey began almost four years ago at JLA Realty. Since then, her passion and hard work have led her to launch her own group and work in collaboration with JLA Realty. She is committed to helping families buy, sell and invest in their dream homes or commercial properties across the Houston and Rio Grande areas.

In 2024, Salinas was honored as the Best Realtor in Liberty County by The Vindicator’s Readers’ Choice Award.

Outside of real estate, Salinas is also a mobile notary and manages her husband’s business, A-Tellez Electrical Services & Solutions LLC. She and her husband, Adrian, have been together for 20 years and are proud parents of their 19-year-old son and 17-year-old daughter.

As a University of Houston-Clear Lake graduate with a degree in social services, Salinas is passionate about community service and mentorship, particularly supporting women in business and the Hispanic community in Liberty County.
