The Liberty Garden Club met on October 6 in the home of long-time member Sandy Pickett. Members were treated to the intriguing world of gourds by Coco Russell. After seeing many examples and learning about gourds from planting to amazing displays, members could see why gourds are extremely popular in the fall. After the monthly business meeting, members were treated to fabulous refreshments by hostesses Sandy Pickett, Gloria Stratton, Tina Blake and Sharon Jerome.
