Dayton native performs helicopter maintenance aboard USS William P. Lawrence

SOUTH CHINA SEA — Aviation Machinist’s Mate 3rd Class Logan Snapp, from Dayton, Texas, performs a routine maintenance check on an MH-60R Sea Hawk Helicopter, assigned to the “Blue Hawks” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron, HSM 78, aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS William P. Lawrence, DDG 110. Lawrence is assigned to Carrier Strike Group ONE and deployed to U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
