NOTE that NOT all persons allegedly charged committed the crime. Perhaps the individual was arrested in Chambers County on outstanding warrant(s) or for violating the law while in Chambers County and or their cases are dismissed or disposed after further review by a judge.

November 3, the following individuals were arrested for: 

GERALD HEMBY, of Baytown, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury of a family member. 

MARIO EMMANUEL CASILLAS, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana. 

BARTHOLOMEW NATHANALL COLLINS, of Baytown, was arrested on warrants for BF-possession of a dangerous drug, BF-possession of marijuana less than 2oz and BF-driving while intoxicated. 

DAMARKUS TREMAIN WEBSTER, of Franklin, was arrested on a warrant for MTRP-possession of marijuana. 

FELICIA ANN LIOPIZ, of Stowell, was arrested for prostitution. 

ADRIAN TORRES JR., of Baytown, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 

November 4, the following individuals were arrested for: 

JARROD BEAUGH, of Hamshire, was arrested for assault of a family and or household member to impede breath and continuous family violence. 

KAREN MARIE BENNETT, of Spring, was arrested for burglary of a habitation, possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 4 grams and or less than 200 grams and possession of a controlled substance PG3 less than 28 grams. 

STEVEN WAYNE JONES, of Spring, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams. 

ANTIONETTE EUNICE LINDSEY, of Galveston, was arrested on warrants for IND-theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more convictions, theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more convictions and theft of property. 

LUIS ANGEL RIVERA, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than 1 gram. 

RAUL EDUARDO HERNANDEZ, of Winnie, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than 1 gram. 

ASHLEY LEANNE LARUE, no address, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance PG1 greater than 4 grams and or less than 200 grams. 

SYLVIA LEO, of Spring, was arrested for exploitation of children and theft of property greater than $2,500 and or less than $30K. 

DIAMOND PARIS LEO, of Katy, was arrested for exploitation of children and theft of property greater than $2,500 and or less than $30K. 

CRYSTAL JEWEL REBECCA FRASURE, of Hitchcock, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 4 grams and or less than 200 grams. 

November 5, the following individuals were arrested for: 

JOSE RIVERA III, of Pasadena, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon. 

CLEON LEVELLEVE SOLOMON III, of Houston, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 

JAMES TROY BOUTIN, of Highlands, was arrested on a warrant for BF-theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. 

DYLAN MICHAEL SMITH, of Neederland, was arrested on warrants for BF-possession of marijuana less than 2oz, AOSS-fraud possession and or use of credit and or debt card information, and two counts of forgery of a financial instrument. 

BRYSON MATTHEW WARE, of Old River Winfree, was arrested on warrants for AOSS-criminal trespass, criminal trespass and terroristic threat of a family and or household member. 

TRINITY EDBRIDGE LANG JR., of Crosby, was arrested on a warrant for MTR-possession of a controlled substance PG1 greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams. 

TYLER KENT WRIGHT, of Baytown, was arrested on warrants for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance PG3 less than 28 grams. 

TIMOTHY ALLEN TURNER, of Winnie, was arrested on warrants for burglary of a building, burglary of a habitation and theft of property greater than $2,500. 

JESSICA MAE YORK, of Dayton, was arrested on warrants for two counts of theft less than $100 with previous conviction. 

JAMES AUSTIN TRAVIS, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated. 

November 6, the following individuals were arrested for: 

AMBER LEE NEVILS, of Stowell, was arrested on a warrant for IND-burglary of a building. 

DAVIS JORDAN, of Trinity, was arrested on a warrant for burglary of a habitation. 

SETH CHRISTOPHER CARLILE, of Houston, was arrested on warrants for two counts of IND-possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B less than 1 gram. 

ANTIONETTTE EUNICE LINDSEY, of Galveston, was arrested for theft of property greater than $750 and or less than $2,500 and theft of property greater than $100 and or less than $750. 

GEORGE DECODY RANDLE, of Anahuac, was arrested on warrants for AOSS-manufacturing and or delivery of a controlled substance PG1-B greater than 200 grams and or less than 400 grams and AOSS-unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. 

November 7, the following individuals were arrested for: 

DOMITILO SALVADOR QUINTANILLA, of Houston, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams. 

FLOYD EUGENE BAKER, of Liberty, was arrested for theft of property greater than $100 and or less than $750. 

VICTOR RIVERA, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for assault causes bodily injury. 

ALONZO ALEXANDER THOMAS, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for IND-aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury. 

KALEN CORMIER, of Carencro, LA., was arrested on a warrant for MTR-evading arrest detention with a vehicle. 

KYLE ROBERT FREDRICKS, of Colorado Springs, CO., was arrested on a warrant for AOSS-sexual assault. 

JOHNATHAN JACOB STARK, of Dayton, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property greater than $100 and or less than $750. 

JORDAN MARQUIS NELSON, of Houston, was arrested for criminal mischief greater than $750 and or less than $2,500, possession of marijuana less than 2oz and failed to identify and or possession of information. 

GARY MICHAEL MCWILLIAMS, of Dayton, was arrested for BF-theft of material aluminum, and or copper. 

GAGE LLOYD LEATH, of Dayton, was arrested for two counts of manslaughter. 

QUINTIN LEE BROWN, of Old River Winfree, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1-1-B greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams. 

November 8, the following individuals were arrested for: 

BENJAMIN FAVILA DEVORA, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. 

ZACHARY LOPEZ, of Humble, was arrested on a warrant for evading arrest detention with a vehicle. 

ISAAC BERTRAN LOVINGS JR., of Baytown, was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug and possession of marijuana less than 2oz. 

KENNETH JAMES WILLIAMS, of Houston, was arrested for possession of a firearm, possession of a dangerous drug and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 

SHANE LUCAS WINN, of Houston, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury. 

November 9, the following individuals were arrested for: 

RACHEL LYNN HASKINS, of Baytown, was arrested for evading arrest detention with a vehicle and driving while intoxicated. 

RICKEY RUFFIN, of Hammond, LA., was arrested on a warrant for BF-injury of a child and or elderly and or disabled person.
