DAYTON HISTORICAL SOCIETY
At the next Dayton Historical Society meeting on Monday, September 27, at 6 pm, the program will feature the Colbert / Rosenwald Museum. Several members of the C/R Museum Committee, including James Gray, Linda Young, and Frosty Pruitt, will relate the museum’s history and tell information about its many photographs and memorabilia that are on exhibit. They will also talk about upcoming events.
The public is welcome to attend this informative program that will take place at Parker Hall, located behind The Old School Museum on Houston Street.

CLEVELAND ANNUAL FALL FEST
The City of Cleveland will be hosting its Annual Fall Festival on October 2, 2021, from 10am-3pm at the Cleveland Civic Center. The event is a wonderful community event that will have an assortment of vendors, food trucks, kids zone, Fall picture area, and more. This event is a wonderful kick off to Fall and we would love for the community to come out.

CISD COMMUNITY TOWN HALL
Cleveland ISD will be holding a town hall to discuss the Bond Election at First Baptist Church on Monday, Oct. 4 at 7 pm. Officials will be on hand to answer questions about the proposed new high school campus to be built in the south end of the district.
The church is located at 400 W. Hanson St in Cleveland.
TCL TRADE DAYS
The Tarkington Community Library will be hosting TCL Trade Days on the second Saturday of each month from 9 am – 4 pm. They will have arts, crafts, antiques, baked goods, sweets, vintage boutiques, concessions, and family fun. The Family Church in Hardin is hosting Celebrate Recovery, a weekly class every Tuesday at 7 pm. If you know someone who needs this class, please share this information with them.
