For the Lord is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations.” (Psalm 100 NIV) I don’t know about you, but there are times that JOY doesn’t seem to be my first reaction when something happens that I was not prepared for. I am just being real today. I am flesh and I have to pray and fast daily in order to keep the flesh under subjection to the spirit. We live in a time where stress is at an all-time high due to the demands that we place on ourselves. And yes we do this to ourselves. We take on too much responsibility, commitments, over- time, jobs etc. We can only do so much before it starts to affect our mental health, family, children, spouse, jobs and spiritual walk with God.
