It was an inspiring and even louder start to the new school year at Cleveland ISD Monday, Aug. 1. Teachers, staff , and local leaders were all on hand for an eventful Convocation where everyone joined in on the fun as the Drum Café led everyone in a community building encounter. CISD Superintendent Stephen McCanless welcomed everyone to the unique event and discussed some highlights for the upcoming year, which he said will likely see Cleveland surpass 12,000 students.
